Kate and Brandon’s wedding at the Salem Cross Inn in West Brookfield, MA, was the epitome of New England charm. Despite a forecast that threatened rain, it turned out to be a windy yet gorgeous day, with fields so beautiful they looked like a painting. The venue's historic setting, with its rolling fields and classic architecture, provided the perfect backdrop for this sweet and kind couple's celebration.
Before the ceremony, Kate and Brandon shared a special moment with a "first touch," where they got to hold hands and say hi without actually seeing each other. It was a sweet way to connect and calm their nerves while still preserving the surprise for their walk down the aisle.
Following their heartfelt ceremony, Kate and Brandon took a private horse-drawn carriage ride around the stunning fields of the Salem Cross Inn. This intimate moment allowed them to soak in the beauty of their surroundings and enjoy a quiet moment together as newlyweds.
One of the day's highlights was a whimsical and delicious touch – serving whipped cream from the world’s biggest bowl! Guests lined up with slices of apple pie, and Kate and Brandon delighted in topping them off with a generous dollop of whipped cream. This was such a fun way for them to greet their guests!
During the photos, we even got a chance to greet some friendly cows that wandered close by, adding a rustic and fun vibe to the day’s photos.
It was such a joy to spend the day with Kate and Brandon, who were nothing but down to earth and fun from start to finish. Their love for each other, paired with the perfect New England setting of Salem Cross Inn, made for a wonderful wedding and we are so glad to have been a part of their day!
